Another unusual wedding today, this time with a reception at the Ely Eventing Centre, which is not normally a wedding venue. The centre has lots of photogenic locations however, helping to ensure we got great pictures.

Tracy said; 'Thank you so much for the wedding pictures, they are amazing, you have done such a good job. We are really happy with them. Thanks again for doing our wedding at short notice, we are so grateful to you.'

So today was my first wedding at a brand new venue, The Eagle Mill, near Huntingdon. It's a great venue, and Sarah and Tim are a great couple who proved to be fun to photograph.

My second wedding at Pembrooke College took place today, and it was impressive. Paula and Jeff both looked great, and were married on a beautiful day at a beautiful venue.

Jeff said; 'Doug was extremely professional from the first moment, when we met him to discuss the photographs. On the day, he was prompt, professional and accommodating. The photos themselves are excellent, including a mixture of beautiful formal portraits and documentary style images. We cannot recommend him highly enough.'

Beautiful weather and lighting today for a beautiful wedding. Katie and Barry were married at Swavesey Windmill, and this was my fourth wedding at this fine venue.

It was a pleasure to visit The Eagle Mill, near Huntingdon, and meet the owners Sam and Sonja. This is a great new venue and I am looking forward to photographing my first wedding here late in August.
